Can the mobile phone that has your software be used as a normal phone?
Yes. The phone continues to function as a normal phone at all times. Installation of our software does not disturb its functioning as a normal phone in any manner.

What is the  quality / resolution of the captured images / videos?
This depends on what is supported by your phone model. The default resolution is typically 320x240 pixels for videos. Images can go upto 1600 x 1200 if necessary. 

I would like to use my current phone and configure it with your application. Is this possible?
Yes, depending on the application you want to use it for. Write to us for details.

How easy / hard is it to use your application?
Our mobile applications are extremely simple to use, and are designed for use by field staff who may not be technically knowledgeable.

Can others see the pictures / videos / data captured by my staff ?
No. We are not a "community" application. No one else will be able to view  your pictures / videos unless you explicitly provide them permission.

Can I use the phone to make calls while the application is running?
You can accept calls on the phone while the application is running. If you want to make calls it may be possible without stopping the application, depending on your phone model.

Why do I need GPRS / 3G / CDMA data plan to be enabled?
These are the data plans that enable transfer of data from the phone to your account.

Which cellular operator do you recommend?
You can subscribe to any GSM / CDMA cellular operator that has coverage in the area where you want the monitoring to be done, and which spports full internet browsing. All of the operators provide data plans. The pricing plans from various operators are different, as is the coverage. The information is available on the operator websites.

How can I estimate which data  plan of the operator to subscribe to?
If you intend to monitor infrequently (a few times a month), the pay-per-use plans are recommended. If you intend to monitor frequently, the 500 MB / month plans are recommended.
